Just Call Me Susie

I'm baking cookies for Christmas presents this year. I'm trying to do it all from scratch so that's been a learning process. But I hear scratch is the way to go so being the new Susie Homemaker that I am, I stepped up to the challenge. :p

first under cooked
then over cooked
then the icing was too hard
But even though the red needs to be a bit more red and the icing a tad thinner
and the royal icing needs to be a tad more soft
I think we're on the right track. 
Shh! Don't tell anyone!
