We live on the cusp of a very wealthy neighborhood. The perks include plenty of parking, wide streets, quiet neighbors, and the most amazing neighborhood to walk around. I took these on my walk today.  

Also, if anyone is looking to buy a house I saw this one for sale. 

Josh and I were thinking of buying it but we figured why would we want a home completely upgraded on the best street in L.A. when we could hold out for a 1 bedroom fixer upper in a low income area? :p
